Implementing the personnel process of the 12th Provincial Farmers' Union Congress

On the afternoon of December 6, the Standing Committee (SC) of the Provincial Farmers' Association held a conference to carry out the voting procedures to introduce re-elected personnel, personnel participating in the Executive Committee (EC), the Standing Committee, the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, and the Inspection Committee (IC) of the Provincial Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term.

At the conference, the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term presented the Personnel Plan for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Inspection Committee, and Head of the Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Announced the results of the Standing Committee meeting and the list of recommended personnel for re-election to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Vice Head of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term.

With the spirit of democracy, openness and transparency, the conference discussed and evaluated each personnel based on political qualities, ethics, prestige and working capacity. Next, the delegates voted and the results of the vote of confidence showed that 100% of the delegates present agreed with the list of recommended personnel. Of which, the personnel for re-election to the Executive Committee included 32 comrades; the Standing Committee included 5 comrades; the Chairman included 1 comrade, the Vice Chairman included 1 comrade; the Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee included 1 comrade. The personnel introduced for the first time to join the Executive Committee included 42 comrades; the Standing Committee included 5 comrades; and the Inspection Committee included 5 comrades.

The organization of this conference is considered a thorough preparation step, contributing to ensuring that the 12th Congress of Thanh Hoa Provincial Farmers' Association, term 2025-2030, takes place according to plan, selecting the staff in accordance with regulations, procedures, standards, ensuring quality, quantity and reasonable structure, with inheritance, innovation and development, meeting the requirements in the new situation.
