In early September, Bac Son town ( Lang Son province) is bustling with tourists flocking to "hunt for rice" and admire the rare beauty of this land during the harvest season. Surrounded by overlapping mountain ranges, Bac Son valley is flat and vast; streams winding through rice fields, vegetable fields... interspersed with villages create the unique beauty of this land...

Na Lay Mountain is a great location to enjoy the panoramic view of Bac Son Valley. Looking out over the golden rice fields, you can easily see Quynh Son Community Cultural Tourism Village (Quynh Son Commune, Bac Son District) with over 400 Tay and Nung households living there.

One of the favorite panoramic viewpoints for tourists is Na Lay peak, about 600m above sea level. Standing here, tourists can see the whole valley like a vivid natural painting, blending many colors.

The sun gradually sets behind the distant mountains, in the faint fragrance of ripe rice fields, Then and Sli songs suddenly rise up, floating in the blue smoke of the afternoon. The terraced fields stretching across the valley are covered in brilliant yellow-green, interspersed with traditional stilt houses of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups, and a few harvested fields with dark brown soil waiting to be planted.
