From January 19-25, 2026, the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam will officially take place in Hanoi. To ensure the success of this important national political event, the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee has issued a document strengthening security and order during the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The official document from the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee emphasized: Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and political and social organizations of the province should proactively grasp the situation in each locality and field; promptly detect and effectively handle emerging situations, especially in cyberspace, border areas, and islands.

Authorities are strengthening measures to ensure traffic order and safety; proactively preventing and reducing traffic accidents and congestion, creating favorable conditions for people's travel and daily lives.

In addition, healthcare , social welfare, food safety, and market stabilization are required to be implemented synchronously and effectively, meeting the needs of the people and tourists, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

The police force is launching a concentrated campaign to attack and suppress crime to ensure security and safety for the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Military Party Committee to strengthen close coordination in ensuring security and order; proactively combat, prevent, and neutralize the plots and activities of hostile forces that disrupt political security and social order. Both forces must constantly monitor the situation, promptly and effectively handle emerging situations, and avoid being caught off guard or surprised.

At the same time, proactively develop and implement plans and strategies to address potential risks to political security and social order early and from afar; ensuring absolute security and safety in the province during the 14th National Congress of the Party.
