The event is expected to attract around 60,000-71,000 professionals and visitors, along with nearly 700 exhibitors from 22 countries, making it one of the most important meeting points for the business community in the restaurant, hotel, bar, and food service industries across Europe. 2026 marks the 69th Horecava event held in Amsterdam, showcasing a wide range of food and beverage products and services to meet the increasingly diverse and sophisticated culinary needs, aligning with the green and healthy lifestyles of a large segment of the European population.

Horecava 2026 marks the fourth consecutive year that Vietnamese products and cuisine have been introduced and promoted in the Netherlands through the booth of the Vietnamese Trade Office in the Netherlands and the booth of Vietnam Food Europe BV (Miss Linh).

Here, more than 150 Vietnamese dried, processed, and beverage products are on display, attracting businesses specializing in importing and distributing to wholesale supermarkets, and supplying ingredients to restaurants, hotels, and catering services throughout the Netherlands and neighboring countries who are interested in learning more about them.

In particular, the broth products for pho, hu tieu, hot pot, and vermicelli with bamboo shoots, produced by Vianco (represented by Miss Linh in the Netherlands) and imported by Asian Food Group, have officially been launched in over 60 supermarkets serving the food and hospitality industry belonging to Sligro Food Group in the Netherlands and Belgium. Previously, these products were available at Wah Nam Hong supermarket, owned by the Chinese community, and some Vietnamese supermarkets in Amsterdam.

At the fair, new products such as salted coffee, matcha powder with strawberry, mango, and peach flavors used to make new drinks for young people, from FNB Vietnam company, attracted great interest from Asian food import companies in the Netherlands, promising cooperation after this fair.

Horecava's annual cooking shows are an indispensable part of the event, and Vietnamese cuisine is always the most attractive destination for visitors, including those in the restaurant and hotel business. This year, the Vietnamese food area features a harmonious collaboration between Vietnamese restaurants in the Netherlands such as Ngo Restaurant Oegstgeest, Song Da Nijmegen, and Papa Thang Amsterdam. Vietnamese chefs demonstrated the preparation of distinctive Vietnamese dishes such as: beef pho, banh mi, spring rolls, fried chicken wings with fish sauce, banh bao, lumpia, salted coffee, egg coffee, and drinks made from perilla leaves and green tea powder.

In particular, the overarching message conveyed through the signature dishes at Cooking Show Vietnam is that the ingredients used are entirely imported from Vietnam, meeting the strict food safety standards and regulations of the Netherlands/EU, and distributed through Asian and European supermarkets and the Miss Linh e-commerce platform.

Horecava 2026 offers opportunities for business networking, trend updates, finding international partners, and exploring the latest technologies shaping the future of the food and beverage and hospitality industry.
