Pioneering in implementing 'Digital Police' in propaganda and warning

To maintain security and order in the area, Bo Trach Commune Police (Quang Tri) is one of the pioneering units implementing "Digital Police" in transmitting propaganda and warning information using AI. Thanks to that, warning information is not dry and outdated in the context of increasingly complex cybercrime and fake news.

Bo Trach Commune Police ( Quang Tri ) applies AI to create propaganda clips, warning people about cybercrime and fake news.

Previously, the transmission of information to people in Bo Trach commune often relied on lengthy, dry and inaccessible administrative notices. Currently, Bo Trach commune police have effectively deployed a new communication method using artificial intelligence (AI). Short, intuitive animated clips created from AI quickly spread on information pages in Bo Trach commune. Thanks to that, propaganda and warning information become easier to understand, more vivid and suitable for people's content reception habits in the digital age.

Mr. Le Van Duong (Co Giang 1 village, Bo Trach commune) said: "The clips propagated by the Commune Police are easy to understand and concise, helping me and the people in the village and hamlet receive information quickly, without feeling as heavy as when watching traditional warning bulletins."

According to Mr. Le Van Duong, crime warning clips using artificial intelligence (AI) are making security information more accessible and effective. Thanks to vivid illustrations, intuitive situations and easy-to-remember narration, people can quickly grasp new criminal tricks to protect themselves.

Sharing the same feeling, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Quyen (Khuong Ha 4 village, Bo Trach commune) shared that now everyone has a smartphone so sharing propaganda clips of the Commune Police is very easy and has great influence.

It is worth mentioning that there is no need for a sophisticated production team, behind these creative clips are the officers of Bo Trach Commune Police . They researched and learned AI tools themselves to turn script ideas into finished products that are only delivered to the people.

According to Senior Lieutenant Dang Minh Vu, an officer of Bo Trach Commune Police, in the beginning, due to the lack of technology, when making a warning or propaganda clip, the soldiers spent a lot of time. If they were not quick to apply new technology, the warning information would be outdated and difficult to reach the majority of people. From there, the officers and soldiers of the unit turned to artificial intelligence AI to help create products that are easy to remember and understand.

This acumen and creativity is a clear demonstration of the pioneering and self-learning spirit of the grassroots People's Public Security soldiers in the digital age. This is the shortest and most effective way to implement the Government's call for "Digital Literacy" and enhance people's trust in the Public Security force. More importantly, the application of digital technology is making an important contribution to ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.

Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Minh Tang, Chief of Bo Trach Commune Police, said that right from the first days of implementing the two-level local government, the leaders of the Commune Police have directed officers and soldiers to self-study, apply, and improve digital skills to meet the increasingly high requirements of the job; especially in the period of information technology explosion and increasingly complex and sophisticated cybercrimes. The results achieved in the past time have proven that the grassroots police force has mastered digital technology.

Vice Chairman of Bo Trach Commune People's Committee Nguyen Hai Luong emphasized that this is a very visual and vivid form of propaganda and is a new way, suitable for the reality in implementing the 2-level local government. In the coming time, the local government has assigned the Department of Culture to take the propaganda model of the Commune Police to replicate, organize courses and training for the staff and agencies located in the area.

The story of an official who dares to think, dares to do, and dares to apply high technology has spread a new spirit: Technology does not belong to anyone, but is a tool to serve the people. This is a bright spot that needs to be replicated, contributing to building an effective digital government and digital society at the grassroots level.
