Representing the delegation of monks, nuns and Buddhists of the monasteries of Truc Lam Zen sect, Venerable Thich Thong Tanh, Board of Directors of Truc Lam Zen sect, Abbot of Truc Lam Ham Rong Zen Monastery ( Thanh Hoa ) said that, in the face of the heavy damage caused by natural disasters in Dak Lak province, monks, nuns and Buddhists of the monasteries always turn to their compatriots with the spirit of "compassion - relief from suffering"; hoping that these small gifts will share some of the difficulties of the people in times of trouble, helping people to soon overcome the loss and stabilize their lives.

Speaking at the reception, comrade Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, expressed his respect for the acts of monks, nuns, and Buddhists of the Zen monasteries of the Truc Lam Zen sect of Vietnam.
He emphasized: “While Dak Lak province is making efforts to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, the cooperation of religious organizations and philanthropists is even more meaningful. Today's gifts are not only a valuable source of material support, but also a great spiritual encouragement for the people affected by the recent floods.”
