The Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade) has just announced the receipt of investment registration dossiers for production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster. Accordingly, enterprises directly submit investment registration dossiers for production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster at the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion of Da Nang (No. 9 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le District). The time for receiving dossiers is from February 17 to 26, 2025.
It is known that Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster is located in Hoa Lien commune, Hoa Vang district; the north borders Da Nang High-Tech Park, the south borders the Concentrated Information Technology Park, the east borders the Hai Van tunnel south bypass and the Concentrated Information Technology Park, the west borders Da Nang High-Tech Park. The total area of Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster is 58.53ha, the area arranged for production and business enterprises is 43.32ha.
Previously, the City People's Committee decided to establish Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster on the technical infrastructure of the auxiliary area serving the Da Nang High-Tech Park project; the total investment capital is more than 235 billion VND from the city budget. The management and operation unit is the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion. The main business lines include: automobile manufacturing and assembly projects and related support services (warehousing, logistics); mechanical engineering, manufacturing of auto-related components, precision mechanics; supporting industry, clean industry, environmentally friendly.
