On February 13th (the 26th day of the Lunar New Year, Year of the Horse 2026), amidst the festive atmosphere of Tet (Lunar New Year), a delegation from the BSR Trade Union, led by its Chairwoman Truong Thi Thu Ha, visited the workshops, central control room, and key production sites at the Dung Quat Refinery. At each location, the Trade Union leaders cordially inquired about production conditions, working conditions, and living standards, and extended Tet greetings to the employees on duty, ensuring the plant's safe, stable, and continuous operation during the Tet holiday.

Speaking at the event, BSR Union Chairwoman Truong Thi Thu Ha emphasized that Tet is a time when everyone longs to return to their families, but due to production duties and the safety and stability of the plant, many employees silently remain on duty in their shifts. Along with that, the BSR Union always appreciates, acknowledges, and thanks the sense of responsibility and dedication of the employees on duty during Tet. The gifts today are a token of appreciation from the entire BSR team, with the hope of providing further motivation for employees to work with peace of mind and successfully complete their assigned tasks.

The Chairman of the BSR Trade Union also stated that caring for the material and spiritual well-being of employees, especially during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year), is always a key task of the Trade Union organization. Through the Tet visit program, the BSR Trade Union hopes to spread warmth and connection, so that every employee, even those working far from their families, can still feel the Tet atmosphere and the support of the company.

Receiving the attention of the leadership and the Trade Union, many employees working during Tet expressed their emotion and pride in contributing to the stable operation of the refinery. Mr. Nguyen Huu Truyen – Shift Supervisor at Dung Quat Refinery shared: “We have been working during Tet for many years, but every time the leadership and the Trade Union come to visit and encourage us, we all feel very warmhearted. This concern is a great source of motivation for us to work with peace of mind, ensuring absolute safety and stable operation for the refinery during Tet.”
