Receive and edit land price list to suit Lam Dong's reality

On the afternoon of November 11, comrade Le Trong Yen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting of the Council for appraisal of land price lists in the province.

Delegates also suggested that pricing for industrial and commercial land should be carefully considered to attract investors.

In addition, land adjacent to industrial land needs to recalculate favorable factors to come up with appropriate prices.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Comrade Le Trong Yen, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the members of the Appraisal Council and the consulting and support teams participating in the construction of the land price list.

Comrade Le Trong Yen requested the standing agency to directly collect comments from members of the Appraisal Council, consider and edit the land price list in accordance with regulations.

Standing Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen emphasized that the adjustment of land price list is applied on a transitional basis, meeting the inheritance and rationality, ensuring harmonious benefits for individuals and organizations on the basis of compliance with current legal regulations.
