At house number 13 (now number 248-250, Van Minh street, Guangzhou city), during the years from 1924 to 1927, comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc opened three political training classes, training Vietnamese revolutionary cadres with a total of 75 people. The lectures at these training classes were collected and published in the book "Duong Kach Menh", becoming one of the first theoretical documents of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In 1971, house number 13 was decided by the People's Republic of China to be preserved as a memorial site of President Ho Chi Minh, named "Headquarters of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association" under the management of the Guangdong Museum of Revolutionary History. The site has been ranked as a National Historical and Cultural Relic of China. Martyr Pham Hong Thai (born in 1895, hometown province) Nghe An), was a Vietnamese patriot who died in Guangzhou on June 19, 1924.
