For ships operating at sea, it is necessary to regularly monitor the direction of the storm; keep in contact and inform the Border Guard and competent authorities about the ship's location and the number of people on board; absolutely do not steer the ship back to shore in the same direction as the storm...
People's Committees of communes and wards on the mainland: review, develop response scenarios, carefully calculate the risk of floods, landslides due to storm circulation rain. In the context of saturated soil, floods on some rivers are still at high levels after recent prolonged rains and floods, therefore, in mountainous areas, it is necessary to maintain the landslide response scenario at level 4 natural disaster risk.
The Provincial Civil Defense Command requested the Border Guard Command (Provincial Military Command), Phu Yen Coastal Information Station, the Department of Fisheries and Islands, and the Fishing Port Management Board to coordinate with coastal localities to promptly and fully inform captains and owners of vehicles and boats operating at sea to proactively prevent and have appropriate production plans, ensuring safety of people and property; maintain communication to promptly handle bad situations that may occur.
