At the meeting, members of the Magazine Subcommittee worked with a spirit of concentration, responsibility, objectivity and impartiality to select the best works. Out of a total of 122 magazine works participating in the preliminary round of the 4th Dien Hong Award, 15 works were selected to be introduced to the Final Council for judging and decision.
According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine - Vice Chairman of the Preliminary Judging Council, Head of the Magazine Subcommittee, Dien Hong Award is a very prestigious press award, not only in the press community but also in the whole society.
This year, the number and quality of entries increased, affirming the interest of press agencies, media, and readers in the activities of the National Assembly , especially in the context of the country's strong transformation as it is today.

In addition to the central press agencies, many works come from specialized press agencies and local press, expressing a very rich voice. The quality of the articles is higher than every year, reflecting the activities of the National Assembly in general, but also closer to the pulse and requirements of legislative activities and emerging issues from real life.
Also according to the assessment from the members of the Magazine Subcommittee - Preliminary Council of the 4th Dien Hong Award, many works were invested in elaborately, in a long-term manner, using multimedia and graphics, demonstrating the professionalism of modern journalism and the serious and responsible work of the authors and groups of authors.
The National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Councils (Dien Hong Award) is an annual award presented to outstanding press works on the National Assembly and People's Councils, chaired by the Office of the National Assembly, in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People's Council, the Vietnam Journalists Association , and Vietnam Television.
The 4th Dien Hong Award is an event of profound cultural and political significance, aiming to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026) with the theme "80 years of the National Assembly of Vietnam".
