Specifically, in the cooperation program with the Center for E-commerce and Digital Technology Development (eComDX), TikTok Shop will accompany the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) to implement the Go Online Economic Zone E-commerce Week in all 6 economic zones across the country. In particular, the key activity is an in-depth training program on e-commerce for businesses and young human resources in localities to develop sustainable e-commerce businesses. In addition, diverse trade promotion activities to promote and boost the consumption of local branded products to consumers nationwide will also be promoted within the framework of the week.
Within the framework of the program to support traditional market traders in cooperation with the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy , Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam E-commerce Association, TikTok Shop aims to equip e-commerce business skills for 300,000 traditional market traders nationwide. The goal will be achieved through the development of a "Digital Transformation Handbook", skills training programs and livestream sales sessions. TikTok Shop also coordinates with functional units to implement in-depth training programs on the provisions of the Advertising Law to improve the capacity of KOLs and KOCs.
As a foundation for TikTok Shop’s CSR efforts, the “OCOP Fair”, “Proud of Vietnamese Goods” and “GreenUP” initiatives will be closely linked to new cooperation programs, while continuously expanding both geographical breadth and industry depth. In particular, industries that are Vietnam’s strengths such as fruits, bird’s nests, etc. will be invested in and developed by the platform with new projects announced in the near future.
Within the framework of the “Proud of Vietnamese Goods” campaign held before the “TikTok Shop CSR Day 2025 - Together For Good” event, TikTok Shop received the support of thousands of sellers and content creators. On May 10 and 11, more than 500 Vietnamese goods livestream sessions took place, including 4 livestream sessions “Proud of Vietnamese Goods”, “OCOP Market”, “GreenUP”, and “Four Seasons Sweet Fruit” held directly at TikTok Creator House in Hanoi within 48 hours, generating 77,000 orders and reaching 1.2 million views.
