The information was stated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the launching ceremony of the Contest, which took place on the afternoon of November 13 in Hanoi.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong emphasized that this is a meaningful activity, aiming to honor the values, spirit and identity of those who are dedicating day and night to the cause of "building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity".

According to Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong, the Contest is organized to find new works of high artistic value and influence, praising the belief, love for the profession and the desire to contribute of the team of cadres, civil servants, artists, athletes and workers in the whole industry.

The competition is open to professional and amateur musicians who are Vietnamese citizens or foreigners living in Vietnam; organizations, individuals, and music-loving public.

The Organizing Committee encourages songs that praise the tradition, role and contribution of the culture, sports and tourism sector in the country's development; honor national cultural values, sports spirit, sustainable tourism, modern and integrated Vietnamese people; arouse pride, inspiration, creativity and innovation in the whole sector.

The Organizing Committee will award 1 first prize worth 50 million VND; 2 second prizes worth 25 million VND each; 3 third prizes worth 15 million VND each; and entries will be accepted from now until December 15, at 32 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi .
