Comrade Bui Hong Phuc, born in 1935, hails from Cam Dien, Cam Giang, Hai Duong, a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam , and a retired official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Awards: Third-class Victory Medal (for the resistance against the French), Second-class Anti-American Medal, 65-year Party membership badge. He passed away at 12:05 PM on May 18th (the 2nd day of the 4th lunar month of the Year of the Horse) at his home, at the age of 92.
The funeral service will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 AM on Friday, May 22nd, at the National Funeral Home, 5 Tran Thanh Tong Street, Hanoi .
The burial took place on the same day at Thien Duc Cemetery, Phu Tho .
