The strongest wind near the eye of the storm was level 8 (62-74 km/h), gusting to level 10. Moving northeast at a speed of 10-15 km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will continue to move northeast at a speed of 20-25 km/h and gradually weaken into a tropical depression and then a low pressure area. Thus, storm No. 14 will no longer be able to return to the East Sea.
