The unit also pays special attention to training and professional development. The training content focuses on skills in preparing documents, checking loans, guiding people in developing production plans, experience in managing loan groups, and improving credit quality and efficiency.
In addition, the unit has strengthened inspection and supervision of borrowers to use capital for the right purpose, urged debt collection on time, and limited bad debt. During the year, the unit directly inspected 40 socio-political organizations receiving commune-level trust; 57 Savings and Credit Groups; 635 loan customers. Through inspection, all households invested for the right purpose, preferential capital became a "soft motivation" to help people confidently expand production scale, transform sustainable livelihoods and have more stable income. Many families have boldly developed economic models such as growing fruit trees, raising livestock and poultry, developing services... Clean water facilities and standard toilets have been built more, creating a spacious and clean rural appearance.
The results achieved confirm that policy credit is an important solution contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of sustainable poverty reduction, income increase and social security assurance in the area.
