Books and reading spaces welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party: Spreading knowledge, inspiring aspirations for development.

In chào mừng the 14th National Congress of the Party, the National Political Publishing House has published and reprinted many valuable scientific works and documents, contributing to deepening theoretical understanding, consolidating ideological foundations, and fostering political confidence among cadres, Party members, and the people.
Among them, the most notable are the reprinted special publications about President Ho Chi Minh , including the "Complete Works of Ho Chi Minh" (15 volumes), the "Ho Chi Minh - Biographical Chronicle" (10 volumes), and the book "President Ho Chi Minh - This Day in History" (2 volumes).
Regarding the compilation of the book "The Communist Party of Vietnam Through Its Congresses - Historical Decisions," Vu Thi Huong, Deputy Head of the Party Building Book Department (National Political Publishing House), shared that the profound transformation of the country and the nation's aspiration for development have become the driving force for the publishing house to produce the book, with the desire to clarify the connection between the Party's historical decisions and their practical impact.
Parliamentary foreign policy in the era of national progress.

Prior to the 14th National Congress of the Party, Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man wrote an article titled "The Foreign Relations of the National Assembly in the Era of National Advancement".
Throughout its 80-year history, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the National Assembly of Vietnam has continuously grown and reformed, gradually improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of its operations, and increasingly firmly asserting its position and role as the highest representative body of the people and the highest state power organ of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Recent experience shows that the National Assembly's foreign affairs activities have been implemented in an increasingly systematic and comprehensive manner, with a large volume of work and achieving many important results in various fields.
In particular, following and studying the articles and directives of General Secretary To Lam on international integration in the new situation and the mission of foreign affairs in the "new era," the next phase of parliamentary foreign affairs needs to continue to play an active role in realizing the vision and aspiration of taking our country "from deep integration to full integration, to the state of a rising nation."
Propaganda and mass mobilization work must truly "lead the way" in the new era.

In the current period, reforming the thinking and methods of action in propaganda and mass mobilization work is a mandatory requirement. Party Central Committee Secretary and Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Trinh Van Quyet, discussed this topic with the press.
Under the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee, directly the Politburo and the Secretariat, headed by General Secretary To Lam, the work of propaganda and mass mobilization has truly played its role as a pioneering force; proactively advising and promptly guiding on major and sensitive issues; actively explaining, persuading, and resolving concerns and anxieties in society; and making an important contribution to maintaining political and social stability at crucial times.
A very significant milestone is the merger of the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department at all levels in 2025. This is not just a change in organizational structure, but a strong shift in thinking and working methods, more closely linking ideological work with mass mobilization, between "explaining things to the people so they understand" and "doing things to gain the people's trust and participation."
The 14th National Congress of the Party - A milestone opening a new era for the nation: Key tasks and strategic breakthroughs.

The 13th National Congress term (2021-2026) took place in a particularly difficult and complex context, yet our country still achieved many important and fairly comprehensive accomplishments. However, the development process also revealed many limitations and new challenges, requiring continued innovation in thinking, leadership methods, and implementation.
Based on that, the Draft Document of the 14th Party Congress has supplemented and developed the understanding and approach to key tasks and strategic breakthroughs, clearly demonstrating the political determination and aspiration for rapid and sustainable national development in the new period.
The draft document for the 14th National Congress more clearly demonstrates the organic relationship between key tasks and strategic breakthroughs. A new feature is the closer and more synchronized coordination between key tasks and strategic breakthroughs, avoiding the scattered, fragmented, and unfocused approach seen in some previous periods.
