Unique culinary essence of Thai people

As part of the series of activities of the Son La City Ban Flower Festival, on March 16, at the Northwest Square, 12 communes and wards competed in displaying and explaining ethnic cuisine.

The teams brought traditional dishes of the Thai ethnic group, such as: Smoked buffalo meat, grilled fish, bamboo rice, bon soup, five-color sticky rice, especially dishes made from Ban flowers... with a harmonious combination of natural ingredients and typical spices, the dishes are not only attractive for their flavor but also for their delicate and creative presentation using environmentally friendly display materials, the culinary space is designed in the style of a stilt house, creating a feeling of closeness and coziness.

The presentation of each dish by the teams was accompanied by interesting stories about its origin and cultural significance, helping visitors gain a deeper understanding of Thai life.
