Reorganizing the Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center

Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has decided to reorganize the Provincial Land Fund Development Center on the basis of rearranging the organizational structure, transferring the status quo of the Land Fund Development Center branches to the construction investment project management boards under the province's construction investment project management boards.

Specifically, transfer the status quo of the Land Fund Development Center Branch of Buon Ho, Ea H'leo, Quang Phu areas to the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project Management Board under the Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and Rural Development Agriculture (Board A).

Transfer the status quo of the Land Fund Development Center Branch of Dray Bhang, Krong Pac, Ea Kar areas to the Ea Kar Construction Investment Project Management Board under Board A.

Transfer the status quo of the Buon Ma Thuot Regional Land Fund Development Center Branch to the Buon Ma Thuot Construction Investment Project Management Board under the Dak Lak Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board (Board B).

Transfer the status quo of the Tuy Hoa and Dong Hoa Regional Land Fund Development Center Branch to the Tuy Hoa Construction Investment Project Management Board under the Eastern Region Construction Investment Project Management Board of Dak Lak Province (Board C).

Transfer the status quo of the Song Cau Regional Land Fund Development Center Branch to the Tuy An Construction Investment Project Management Board under Board C.

After reorganization, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center remains a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee, has a working office, legal status, its own seal and account to operate in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Center has the function of creating, developing, managing and exploiting land funds; managing and exploiting houses and land as public assets; organizing the auction of land use rights and performing other services in the land sector according to the provisions of law in the province; organizing the implementation of site clearance for projects invested by the unit, key projects assigned by the province and assigned by other agencies and units according to regulations. At the same time, creating, developing, managing and exploiting land funds for key and important projects in the province.
