Nga 3 village, Cuc Phuong commune currently has 154 households with 614 people. Despite certain difficulties in the past year, the cadres and people of Nga 3 village have promoted the spirit of solidarity and strived to strive. The residential area has effectively carried out campaigns such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", "All people protect national security".

The activities of the Village Front Committee have closely followed the tasks, and have had many innovations and creations, so they have been approved and supported by the people. Cultural, artistic and sports movements in the residential area have always been maintained and developed. In addition, the material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved, and infrastructure has been invested and expanded. The role of supervision and criticism has been increasingly enhanced. The people are united in participating in economic development, actively helping each other to sustainably reduce poverty.

Up to now, the residential area has 135 well-off households (accounting for 87.6%), 16 households with average living standards (accounting for 10.3%). Notably, there are only 3 near-poor households (accounting for 1.94%), no more poor households.

Speaking at the Festival, Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee expressed his joy and excitement at the results that the people of Nga 3 village have achieved in the past time. He suggested that in the coming time, the Fatherland Front at all levels, the Residential Area Front Working Committee continue to closely coordinate with member organizations to consolidate, strengthen and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc. Propaganda and mobilize people to promote "Studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh ".
