Pursuant to Decision No. 2898/QD-BVHTTDL dated November 8, 2022 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on promulgating the Plan to launch the creation of literary and artistic works "Living forever with time" for the period 2022-2025 towards the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2030) and the 85th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2030); Pursuant to Decision No. 4329/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 31, 2024 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on promulgating the 2025 Work Plan of the Department of Performing Arts; At the request of the Director of the Department of Performing Arts;... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to organize the launching of the literary and artistic creation project "Living forever with time" for the period 2026 - 2030 towards the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2030) and the 85th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2030).

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Department of Performing Arts to preside over and coordinate with the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, the Vietnam Writers' Association , the Vietnam Musicians' Association, the Vietnam Stage Artists' Association, the Vietnam Dance Artists' Association, the Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater and relevant agencies and units to organize the Launch of the creation of literary and artistic works "Living forever with time" for the period 2026 - 2030 towards the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2030) and the 85th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2030).
It is expected that the launching of the "Living forever with time" literary and artistic works for the period 2026 - 2030 towards the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2030) and the 85th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2030) will take place in the fourth quarter of 2025 in Hanoi .
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 4395/QD-BVHTTDL dated November 20, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The Ministry of Information and Communications requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Director of the Department of Performing Arts, President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, President of the Vietnam Writers' Association, President of the Vietnam Musicians' Association, President of the Vietnam Stage Artists' Association, President of the Vietnam Dance Artists' Association, Director of the Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater and Heads of relevant units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
