The handling and resolution of petitions are ensured to be timely, avoiding backlogs and prolongation in settlement, and no petitions and complaints arise. The advisory work on implementing the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations, and the Law on Reception of Citizens is well implemented by specialized departments. The coordination in receiving and handling petitions is well implemented to ensure feasibility in resolving all types of petitions. The grassroots mediation teams have performed well in mediation work at the grassroots level, promptly handling conflicts and disputes arising in villages and hamlets, contributing to maintaining security, social order and safety in the area.
