Seminar 'Ethnic minority youth start-ups and economic development in the technology era'

The seminar shared a lot of useful information about supporting youth startups and product promotion.

At the seminar, union members and youths were shared by Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province Danh Phuc, Director of the Startup Center Truong Thanh Thuy about programs and policies to support socio -economic development for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas; solutions to support ethnic minority youth in starting a business; difficulties and challenges that ethnic minority youth face when starting a business; outstanding results in accompanying ethnic minority youth in starting a business, especially in remote, isolated and border areas...

Youth union members and young people were shared by KOL Le Phat Dat about exploiting the power of technology in work; the factors that make a video "catch the trend", attract viewers and become a trend...

Many questions from union members and young people were raised, focusing on administrative procedures, criteria for receiving start-up capital support; measures to help start a business, introduce products through social networking platforms, etc. The opinions of union members and young people were answered in detail by the speakers.

Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam presented awards for the 9th An Giang Province Creative Startup Ideas Competition in 2025.

At the seminar, the An Giang Youth Startup Support Center awarded the 9th An Giang Provincial Creative Startup Ideas Competition in 2025.

After more than 7 months of launching, the Organizing Committee received 37 ideas and projects. Through the preliminary and final rounds, 8 excellent ideas and projects were honored and awarded. In which, the first prize belonged to young man Nguyen Trung Thanh (Thoi Son ward), with the project "Raising and exploiting Du honey in fruit gardens combined with growing medicinal herbs".

The program is part of a series of activities "Implementing activities in the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas by 2025 in An Giang Province", organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
