The program, organized by the British Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City in collaboration with Sovico Group, aims to celebrate the recently established Vietnam-UK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

The event took place immediately after General Secretary To Lam's state visit to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, marking a new stage of development in bilateral cooperation across many fields: trade, investment, science and technology, defense, security, green growth, climate change response, culture, and education .

Standing prominently on the Saigon River, Saigon Marina IFC – an iconic project recently inaugurated to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day – boasts modern, environmentally friendly architecture and direct access to Metro Line 1. The tower is considered a new symbol of Ho Chi Minh City, reflecting the aspirations for integration and global reach of Vietnam's most dynamic metropolis.

Radiant with light and imagery symbolizing friendship, Saigon Marina IFC this week serves as a brilliant bridge connecting Vietnam and the United Kingdom, spreading a message of creative cooperation, knowledge sharing, and sustainable development between the two nations. Saigon Marina IFC also becomes a "meeting point," where locals and visitors deeply feel the connection, appreciation, and aspiration to build a better future together between Vietnam and the United Kingdom.

On the evening of November 13th, to celebrate the 77th birthday of King Charles III, the British Embassy in Vietnam will host a King's Birthday Party in Hanoi to honor the strengthened relationship and shared commitment to peace , security, and sustainable development.
