Overview of the personnel of the 14th Central Committee in ministries and agencies.

Among the 200 members of the 14th Central Committee who were recently elected, there are 12 ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies, and 24 deputy ministers. Of these, 4 ministers were elected to the Politburo, and many were elected to the Central Executive Committee for the first time.

The four ministers elected to the 14th Politburo are: General Phan Van Giang, General Luong Tam Quang, Mr. Le Hoai Trung, and Mr. Tran Duc Thang. Among them, Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung and Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang are the first-time elected members of the Politburo.

Among the 12 ministers and equivalents elected, Acting Minister of Industry and Trade Le Manh Hung is participating in the Central Committee of the Party for the first time. The youngest is Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh (born in 1976).

The heads of the branches all possess high academic qualifications, primarily PhDs in fields such as Law, Economics, Military Science, and Chemistry.

In addition, 24 deputy ministers and equivalents were elected as members of the 14th Central Committee, including 7 from the Ministry of National Defense, 6 from the Ministry of Public Security , and 2 each from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Science and Technology, and the Government Inspectorate.

Among the deputy ministers participating in the 14th Central Executive Committee, the majority belong to the 70s generation (14 people). In addition, there are 9 members from the 60s generation. One person from the 80s generation is Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui Hoang Phuong (born in 1983).

Ten deputy ministers and equivalents are joining the Central Committee for the first time, including nine full members and one alternate member.

The team of deputy ministers participating in the 14th Central Committee has very high professional qualifications, including many PhDs such as: Le Van Tuyen, Nguyen Minh Vu, Nguyen Manh Cuong, Vu Manh Ha, Nguyen Quoc Doan, Phan Chi Hieu, and Vu Hai Quan.

Looking at the overall picture, six ministries have both ministers and deputy ministers who are members of the 14th Central Committee. Specifically, the Ministry of National Defense has eight Central Committee members, including Minister Phan Van Giang and seven deputy ministers. The Ministry of Public Security has seven Central Committee members, including Minister Luong Tam Quang and six deputy ministers.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has three Central Committee members, including Minister Le Hoai Trung and two deputy ministers. In the Ministries of Justice, Finance, and Health, in addition to the minister, there is also a deputy minister who is a Central Committee member.
