The Provincial Farmers' Association directs its subordinate associations to guide farmers in building agricultural production models; transforming the structure of crops and livestock to achieve high economic efficiency towards concentrated commodity production; developing the collective economy; organizing training courses, combined with visits to learn from exemplary vegetable and fruit production models; and guiding and mobilizing farmers to participate in production development according to cooperative and collaborative group models.
