"Capture" the only McLaren 750S in Vietnam worth nearly 20 billion in Da Lat

The owner of this unique McLaren 750S supercar in Vietnam often takes the car on trips and the latest trip was to Nha Trang before visiting Da Lat.

The Cerberus Pearl color on this McLaren 750S is one of the very few dispersive apple sets, which can change according to viewing angle, sunlight and simply move when the car rolls, and of course the cost to own this color on McLaren supercars is not cheap at all.

In Vietnam, there is only one McLaren 750S in Cerberus Pearl color. The owner is very secretive but likes to drive to explore many southern provinces. On his latest journey, he drove the McLaren 750S supercar from Saigon to Nha Trang before visiting Da Lat, Lam Dong province.

To own the beautiful Cerberus Pearl paint color on the McLaren 750S supercar, the owner is estimated to have spent more than 2 billion VND. Not only that, the owner also bought the auctioned license plate 51L-599.99 for nearly 1.6 billion VND. The four-digit 9 license plate is very sought after by license plate enthusiasts.

Next up is the beautiful aerodynamic Vortex 5-spoke rims, finished in a glossy black finish with diamond-cutting. The prices of the above two options in foreign markets are $5,800 and $2,500 respectively.

Finally, there are a series of exterior and interior details made of carbon, such as the monolithic door sill, front spoiler, rear diffuser, side skirts, gills on the front wheel arches, mirror covers or headlight vent covers...

Thus, with a starting price of 19.9 billion VND for the McLaren 750S Coupe supercar, plus options and license plate registration fees, the car has a rolling price of over 30 billion VND. In addition to the McLaren 750S supercar, the owner also has a Porsche Panamera.

The McLaren 750S is the successor to the previous 720S and has about 30% new design details compared to the McLaren 720S supercar, so it will be difficult for outsiders to recognize the difference between these two supercars.

The car is still equipped with the M840T V8 4.0L twin-turbo engine, but McLaren has made adjustments, helping the capacity of the 750S supercar reach 740 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. The car uses a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, accelerating from 0-100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of 332 km/h.

However, the performance parameters of the McLaren 750S are still not outstanding compared to some competitors. For example, the Ferrari 296 is now equipped with a Plug-in Hybrid powertrain with a 2.9L turbocharged engine combined with an electric motor, with a maximum capacity of 818 horsepower and 740Nm of torque. This parameter is up to 78 horsepower stronger than the McLaren 750S but 60 Nm lower.

According to a representative of McLaren Vietnam when launching this model in May 2025, customers who order the McLaren 750S supercar at the present time may have to wait up to 9 months to receive the car.

Notably, the 750S's "senior" is the McLaren 720S, which has previously "made waves" in Vietnam for nearly 10 years and has been sought after by many players, including Cuong Do La. Currently, there are about 10 McLaren 720S in Vietnam, most of which are privately imported cars.
