Honoring 71 typical advanced models in the mass movement to protect national security

On the morning of November 18, in Hanoi, Senior Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired the conference to review 3 years of implementing Instruction No. 22 dated November 18, 2022 of the Ministry of Public Security and commend advanced models and examples in the mass movement to protect national security in the period of 2022 - 2025.

After 3 years of implementing Instruction No. 22 of the Ministry of Public Security, the whole country has more than 2,500 models with nearly 124,000 replication points and nearly 1,100 advanced examples. The models and advanced examples in the mass movement to protect national security have played an important role in social prevention, contributing to overcoming the causes and conditions for the emergence of crimes and social evils; promptly reconciling and resolving many conflicts and disputes among the people, complicated, over-level, and crowded complaints right from the beginning, right at the grassroots level, not allowing them to become "hot spots" of national security and order in the area; educating and helping people who have made mistakes in the community; fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue; ensuring traffic order and safety; preventing and combating domestic violence, environmental pollution, and food hygiene and safety.

Many models have been supported and actively participated by the people, bringing practical results and popularizing experiences, applied by many localities such as: "Safe residential areas in terms of security and order", "Self-managed clans in terms of security and order", "Zalo for crime prevention and control", "Security cameras", "Security sirens", "Security gongs", "Crime prevention and control patrols", "Worker security teams"...

The conference listened to 6 typical advanced representatives in the movement of the whole people to protect national security to exchange and share experiences. Concluding the conference, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen commended the results of the work of building, maintaining and replicating advanced models and examples in the movement of the entire people to protect national security in recent times; in particular, he congratulated 71 advanced typical collectives and individuals who were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Minister of Public Security for their outstanding achievements in the movement of the entire people to protect national security over the past 3 years of implementing Instruction No. 22 of the Ministry of Public Security.
