In the atmosphere of celebrating the Party, the Spring Festival, and welcoming the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on the morning of February 16th (the 29th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Snake), General Secretary To Lam offered incense to express his sincere respect and gratitude to the ancestors who contributed to the country at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel - Hanoi and offered incense in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh at House 67 (Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace Historical Site).
Accompanying the General Secretary were members of the Politburo and Secretaries of the Central Committee: Head of the Central Organization Department Le Minh Hung, Chief of the Central Party Office Pham Gia Tuc, and other leaders of the Central Party Office and the General Secretary's Office.

In the warm atmosphere of Tet (Lunar New Year), General Secretary To Lam and the delegates offered incense to express their respect, remembrance, and gratitude for the merits of the ancestors who contributed greatly to the building and development of the country; and at the same time, prayed for the ancestors' blessings for national peace and prosperity, and for the people to be well-fed and happy.
In a cordial conversation with officials and staff of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel - Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam highly appreciated the efforts of the officials and staff in managing, preserving, restoring, and promoting the cultural heritage value of the site. He emphasized that this is a place that marks a thousand years of history, a convergence of the sacred spirit of the mountains and rivers, the essence of national culture, where successive dynasties built and defended the nation, protecting the beautiful land and enriching the long-standing historical and cultural traditions of the nation.
In order to contribute to preserving the glorious historical traditions and fine moral values of the Vietnamese nation, the General Secretary requested that officials and staff of the Historical Site continue to restore, preserve, and promote the heritage, introducing it to domestic and international tourists, demonstrating pride in the historical values of the Vietnamese nation and of Thang Long - Hanoi.

Earlier that morning, General Secretary To Lam visited and offered incense in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh at House 67 (Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace Historical Site).
In a solemn and moving atmosphere at the House No. 67 historical site, General Secretary To Lam respectfully offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved leader of the Vietnamese nation.

Acknowledging and commending the efforts of the staff of the Historical Site in successfully preserving and safeguarding valuable documents and artifacts about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, General Secretary To Lam urged the staff of the Historical Site to do even better, continuing their efforts to preserve and safeguard the relics and documents about Uncle Ho, and to introduce them to the general public, friends, and international tourists so that they can gain a deeper understanding of President Ho Chi Minh's life and career.
On the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year, the General Secretary wished all staff and employees of the Historical Site and their families a new year filled with good health, happiness, and continued success in fulfilling their assigned tasks.
