General Secretary To Lam offers incense to King Ly Thai To.

On the evening of February 16th (the 29th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Snake), General Secretary To Lam offered incense at the statue of King Ly Thai To; and visited and extended New Year greetings to the people of Hanoi celebrating the New Year in the Ly Thai To Flower Garden area.

In a solemn atmosphere, celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, General Secretary To Lam and other leaders of the Central Committee and Hanoi City respectfully offered incense to commemorate the merits of King Ly Thai To and the ancestors and martyrs who built and protected Thang Long - Hanoi, a city with a thousand years of cultural heritage, preserving the heroic land of Vietnam, and nurturing invaluable cultural and historical values ​​for the capital and the country to endure forever.

Following that, General Secretary To Lam, along with other leaders from the Central Committee and Hanoi City, extended New Year greetings to workers, laborers, police officers, traffic police on duty, and the general public of the capital city.
