General Secretary To Lam attended the program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" on the evening of January 23, celebrating the success of the 14th Party Congress and commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" Organized by the Hanoi City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and implemented by Vietnam Television (VTV).

The program was attended by General Secretary To Lam, former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , Standing Member of the Party Central Committee Tran Cam Tu, along with leaders and former leaders of the Party and State, as well as leaders of various committees, ministries, and branches.

The event took place at 8 PM on January 23rd at My Dinh National Stadium, Hanoi; it was broadcast live on VTV1 and VTV's digital platforms; streamed live on the radio channels of the Voice of Vietnam; and rebroadcast by provincial and local newspapers and radio and television stations.

A grand program celebrating the success of the Party Congress.

This is a cultural and political activity of special significance, affirming the brilliant success of the Congress; widely disseminating information about the meaning, scale, and major orientations of the 14th Congress - a momentous political event that opens a new stage of development, creating an atmosphere of excitement and confidence throughout the Party, the people, and the armed forces.

This will contribute to the early implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress; affirm the achievements of 40 years of Renovation (1986 - 2026); spread the aspiration for a strong and prosperous Vietnam; and contribute to consolidating social consensus, strengthening national pride and confidence in the Party's Renovation policies.

With the theme "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party," the program affirms the historical truth: all the miracles of the Vietnamese revolution stem from the correct vision and wise leadership of the Party; at the same time, it awakens national pride, strengthens the great national unity, and creates strong spiritual motivation, raising the enthusiasm of the whole society to enter a new era of development.

Following the welcoming drum performance, a spectacular mapping display combined with fireworks and lights, and a special flag-raising ceremony at My Dinh Stadium, the art program " Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" took place in three parts : "Epic Song Under the Party Flag," "With the Party, Complete Faith and Love, " and "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party."

Connecting the different sections is the expressive and powerful narration by People's Artist Trong Chuc, along with scenes recreating the nation's historical journey under the leadership of the Party, from the aspiration for liberation and the process of reform to the vision of rising up in the new era.

In addition to famous artists, the event brought together 25,000 people (including 15,000 delegates and guests, and nearly 10,000 artists and performers), utilizing a massive LED screen of up to 3,000 m² ^. Equipped with a multi-layered mobile LED system, it delivers elaborate artistic performances to the audience, combining 3D mapping on the stage with a real-time programmed sound and lighting system.

Artists Ta Minh Tam, Tung Duong, My Linh, Hong Nhung… raised their voices in songs about the country.

Tung Duong and My Linh delivered a spectacular opening performance, showcasing a mashup of " The Road We Take," "Joining Hands," and "The Road to Glory" with over 700 extras.

The songs by composers Huy Du, Trinh Cong Son, and Tran Lap were written under different circumstances, but they all symbolize the Vietnamese spirit. Tung Duong and My Linh's voices are fully "open" and exaggerated, creating a vibrant atmosphere full of faith and love.

Next, 400 military band members from the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense gave an impressive brass band performance to welcome the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Coming from Ho Chi Minh City, People's Artist Ta Minh Tam delivered a vibrant, bright, and heroic vocal performance alongside Vu Thang Loi and Dong Hung in " The Country Full of Joy - Welcoming the Communist Party of Vietnam."

Three strong voices, a lively, bright, and energetic melody with a fast, powerful, and vibrant rhythm, create a feeling of exhilaration and vibrancy, like a triumphant song.

In addition, Dong Hung also performed a moving solo mashup of "The Road Ahead" and "Uncle Ho is Marching with Us" : "The road ahead, moonlight drowns the enemy's corpses / Drowning the sound of bombs with mother's lullabies."

One of the most impressive performances was the mashup of "Singing About Today's Rice Plant," "The Stars of the Night," "My Homeland's Harbor," and "A Tour Around Vietnam," performed by Tan Minh and Vu Thang Loi.

The lyrical, heartfelt, and sincere voices of the two artists showcased the beauty of Vietnam in peacetime and the nation-building efforts of today.

Throughout that journey, we did not forget the contributions of the Party, as demonstrated in the performance of "The Party Has Given Us a Spring, " presented by the "trio" of revolutionary songs including Trong Tan, Dang Duong, and Viet Hoan.

The program conveyed a deep sense of national pride: "Vietnam's Quintessence" (Erik, Duc Phuc, Trang Phap, Duong Hoang Yen), " My House Has a Flag Hanging ," and "Made in Vietnam " (Hoang Thuy Linh and DTAP).

Tung Duong concluded with "Vietnam Proudly Steps Towards the Future" - a composition by musician Nguyen Van Chung marking the era of national progress, released in August 2025.

The program concluded with a spectacular, large-scale artistic fireworks display, a majestic symphony celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, ushering in a new era of development for a prosperous, strong, and happy Vietnam.
