On the afternoon of May 11, General Secretary To Lam and his wife, along with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, left Moscow, successfully concluding their official visit to the Russian Federation and attending the 80th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, and continuing their State visit to the Republic of Belarus.
