To commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026) and in preparation for the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on the afternoon of February 10, 2026, in Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam offered incense in remembrance of former General Secretaries: Truong Chinh, Le Duan, Do Muoi, Le Kha Phieu, Nguyen Phu Trong, and General Vo Nguyen Giap.
