On June 3, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the personnel decisions. Comrade Nguyen Ho Hai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee chaired the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Tang Huu Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of SGGP Newspaper, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. The term of office is 5 years.
Speaking at the assignment, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai commented that Comrade Tang Huu Phong had held many positions in many fields, from the grassroots to the city level, worked in many different agencies and units and had accumulated a lot of experience. He hoped that the new Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee would further promote his expertise, experience and courage to successfully complete the tasks in his new position.
Comrade Nguyen Ho Hai also requested the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Propaganda Department to arrange and assign appropriate tasks to comrade Tang Huu Phong; hoping that the collective of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department will unite and support him to successfully complete all tasks, contributing to the overall results of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
Regarding SGGP Newspaper's personnel, he noted that the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee should soon advise to stabilize the Newspaper's personnel.
Thanking the attention and trust of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the new Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Tang Huu Phong, affirmed that he will strive to fulfill his duties well, and together with comrades in the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee, effectively carry out the assigned tasks. He hopes to continue receiving the attention of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the entire Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee during his work./.
