General Director of Tam Binh Pharmaceutical attended the Global Summit of Women 2025

The Global Summit of Women 2025 brings together nearly 1,000 delegates who are leaders of countries, businesses, and international organizations from more than 60 countries. Pharmacist Le Thi Binh - General Director of Tam Binh Pharmaceuticals is a typical representative of the Vietnamese delegation, marking the 11th time she has attended this prestigious international conference.

From July 3 to 5, 2025, the 35th Global Summit of Women took place in Berlin, Germany. As a major forum on gender equality, promoting the role of women in all areas of social life, especially the economy , this year's conference has the theme "Women: Restoring value in the digital age", focusing on the opportunities and challenges for women when technology and artificial intelligence (AI) are rapidly changing the world.

Under the leadership of VicePresident Vo Thi Anh Xuan, the Vietnamese delegation attending this year’s Conference gathered many outstanding female leaders in the socio-economic fields. Among them, Pharmacist Le Thi Binh – General Director of Tam Binh Pharmaceutical Company is a typical representative of the Vietnamese pharmaceutical industry, bringing with her the story of a business transforming in the digital age.

She and the Vietnamese delegation actively participated in plenary and thematic discussions on the development of science and technology, AI brings great opportunities in promoting the role and value of women, but also has potential risks of discrimination, prejudice and inequality; the need to create conditions and equip women with appropriate skills to adapt to technological changes and new trends in employment.

Regarding the theme of this year's conference, she said that Tam Binh Pharmaceutical has been proactive in implementing digital transformation in the enterprise for many years. Each department operates according to a clear process, and all tasks that can be digitized are implemented through software, from human resources, accounting to business and communications, to improve labor productivity and work efficiency.
