The summary report on the work of VSTBCPN and BDG in the period of 2021-2025 presented by Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Head of the Military Women's Committee on behalf of the Standing Office of the Ministry of National Defense's VSTBCPN Committee at the conference affirmed: In the period of 2021 - 2025, the work of VSTBCPN and BDG in the Army has been comprehensively implemented, with focus and key points. Propaganda work has been innovative and creative, creating a widespread spread inside and outside the Army. Regularly pay attention to and take care of building and developing a team of female cadres, focusing on doing a good job of creating sources for planning, arranging use, training, fostering, selecting, recruiting, and appointing female cadres to appropriate command and management positions.

At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified the results achieved in the work of VSTBCPN and BDG in the period of 2021-2025, the remaining limitations, pointed out the causes, proposed solutions; determined the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions to implement the work of VSTBCPN and BDG in the Army in the period of 2026-2030. The focus is on striving to achieve substantive equality between men and women in terms of opportunities, participation and benefits in all fields; equipping women with skills to master digital platforms and ensuring safety when operating in cyberspace and facing non-traditional security issues. Focus on planning, creating resources, and training to improve capacity in all aspects to increase the proportion of women participating in leadership and management in appropriate fields of work.

In order for the work for the advancement of women and gender equality in the Army in the period of 2026 - 2030 to achieve better results, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested: Party committees and commanders at all levels continue to promote propaganda and education to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of all forces in the entire army, especially men, on the work of VSTBCPN and BGD. Implement well the Regulations on the operation of the VSTBCPN Board in the Army. Strengthen digital transformation, promote women to participate actively, proactively, and have safety skills on online platforms. Build and develop a team of female cadres; use and appoint female cadres to command and management positions in appropriate fields. Encourage female members to strive to advance, achieve high academic titles, degrees and national, regional and international awards. Pay attention to and create conditions for both sexes to receive specialized health care; Implement well the regimes and policies, build prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized families for cadres, employees, soldiers, women's union members and workers in the Army.
