The 2021-2025 period, with many difficulties and challenges piling up, is gradually coming to an end. The difficulties and challenges in this term are assessed to be more numerous and greater than the opportunities and advantages, and at the same time more than the previous 5-year period, due to the complex and unpredictable developments caused by the impact of the situation, natural disasters, storms and floods... In such a harsh context, under the direct and comprehensive leadership of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo , the Secretariat, headed by the General Secretary..., the Government and the Prime Minister have focused on leading and directing ministries, branches and localities to resolutely and effectively implement the proposed tasks and solutions, making the most of development opportunities and advantages; responding very flexibly, creatively and effectively resolving difficulties and challenges, even turning "danger" into "opportunity"... to develop the economy in the direction of "The next month is higher than the previous month, the next quarter is better than the previous quarter, the next year is better than the previous year"; especially in terms of the economy with the macro foundation being increasingly consolidated; major balances are ensured; growth is maintained and gradually broken through and accelerated; Inflation is well controlled according to the target;... During the term, we are expected to achieve and exceed 22/26 main socio-economic targets, creating momentum and strength for our country to confidently enter a new era, consolidating and strengthening the people's firm belief in the Party and State.

In summary, two words can be used to describe the socio -economic situation in the 2021-2025 period: "resilience" and "breakthrough".
