Officials and residents of Tuong Mai ward participated in a general cleanup of the Vinh Hoang lake area.
In anticipation of the 14th National Party Congress, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward launched and organized a general environmental cleanup at Vinh Hoang Lake area, involving people from residential groups, armed forces, Party members, association members, and union members from the Party Committee, People's Committee, departments, branches, and mass organizations of the ward.
This is not just an environmental cleanup activity, but also carries profound political significance: demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of officials, Party members, and the people in building a green, clean, and beautiful capital city, while simultaneously creating a vibrant atmosphere of emulation to welcome the 14th National Party Congress.

A large number of armed forces personnel, officials, Party members, youth union members, and citizens participated in cleaning up the environment around Vinh Hoang Lake.
Prior to this, Tuong Mai ward had widely disseminated information through loudspeakers, neighborhood bulletin boards, social media, and directly to each household. Residents were encouraged to participate with the spirit of "everyone doing a job, every household taking on a responsibility." As a result, the cleanup effort attracted a large number of people, from the elderly to young people and students. Many families brought tools such as brooms, shovels, and sacks to work together to beautify their living environment.
The People's Committee of Tuong Mai ward plans to maintain regular cleaning activities and coordinate with specialized agencies to treat the water source, improve the landscape, and build a pedestrian walkway around the lake.

The Vinh Hoang lake area is cleaner and more beautiful after the general cleanup.
In just over an hour, the entire Vinh Hoang lake area was cleaned and beautified. Vo Xuan Trong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of the ward, said: "Vinh Hoang Lake is a common asset of the community. Cleaning the lake and surrounding area today is not only to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress, but also to demonstrate our responsibility towards the environment and future generations. I hope that after this activity, each citizen will continue to maintain cleanliness, avoid littering, and work together to keep Vinh Hoang Lake clean and beautiful."
