Helicopter tours of Ho Chi Minh City are back on sale from March 11th.

According to information from VinaGroup Travel , the company has signed a cooperation agreement with Southern Helicopter Company (VNHS) to implement sightseeing helicopter tours, fully meeting the technical and aviation safety standards regulated by the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority.

Flights depart from Vung Tau Airport, 38 30.4 Street, Tam Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Vung Tau), with 4 itineraries designed with different durations and routes, flight times ranging from 15 to 60 minutes.

Helicopter tours offering aerial views of Ho Chi Minh City will officially resume on March 11, 2026.

Specifically, this includes:

Vung Tau Skyview Tour (15 minutes): Enjoy panoramic views of Vung Tau city.
Green Horizon Tour (30 minutes): connecting Vung Tau and Can Gio Biosphere Reserve.
Green Coastline Tour (40 minutes): along the Long Hai - Ho Tram coastal road.
Skyline Discovery Tour (60 minutes): from Vung Tau beach to the center of Ho Chi Minh City, combined with the green spaces of Can Gio.

According to the tour operator, each route is designed as a "slice" of space, nature, and urban life, offering a direct aerial perspective rather than just through drone footage.

Prices start from 2.9 million VND per person for a 15-minute tour; longer tours are priced according to flight time and seat location. The price includes helicopter rental , fuel, landing and takeoff fees, guidance, passenger service fees, aviation liability insurance, and VAT. VinaGroup Travel states that this pricing aims to bring helicopter experiences closer to tourists, not just those in the ultra-luxury segment.

The service is operated using modern civilian helicopters such as the EC-155B1, AW189, EC-225, or Super Puma L2, with two packages: a 12-seat experience package and an 8-seat VIP package, subject to a minimum number of seats as per operating regulations. Flights are scheduled at 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, subject to weather conditions and the minimum number of passengers.

Detailed price list for helicopter sightseeing tours of Ho Chi Minh City, including 12-seat experience packages and 8-seat VIP packages, applicable to 4 itineraries with flight times ranging from 15 to 60 minutes, prices are calculated per seat.
