Ho Chi Minh City's Tet Flower Street for the Year of the Horse 2026, themed "Spring Gathering - Steadfastly Moving Forward," is gradually taking shape on Nguyen Hue pedestrian street. Stretching from the intersection of Le Loi and Ton Duc Thang streets, this is the 23rd year this distinctive cultural event has been held, promising a vibrant spring celebration for residents and tourists.
Horse mascots come in a variety of styles and colors.
The centerpiece of this year's flower street is the horse mascot, designed in various styles and sizes. Right at the entrance gate at the intersection of Nguyen Hue and Ton Duc Thang streets, visitors will be impressed by the trio of horses in the characteristic green, red, and yellow colors of Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year).

Along the pedestrian street, artisans have sculpted the horse mascot in a powerful "galloping" pose. The combination of youthful colors and stylized designs brings a modern feel while still retaining the refined essence of the Year of the Horse mascot.

A nostalgic atmosphere and unique miniature landscapes.
Besides the majestic imagery, the flower street also cleverly incorporates traditional cultural elements and spaces that evoke nostalgic memories. Notably, there is a miniature scene simulating a giant carousel and an image of a rotating lantern with horses surrounding it, creating a sense of nostalgia for the Tet atmosphere of the past.

In particular, the image of a horse combined with gold bars is incorporated into the decorations to convey wishes for a wealthy, prosperous, and abundant new year for every household.

The final stage of preparation to welcome guests.
Currently, the construction team is working urgently to complete the final items, including installing the lighting system and displaying fresh flower carpets. In addition to the main mascot, the flower street is also adorned with other mascots such as chickens and seahorses in vibrant colors to enrich the experience space.

The Nguyen Hue Flower Street for Tet Binh Ngo 2026 will officially open at 7:00 PM on February 15th, 2026 (the 28th day of the 12th lunar month) and will remain open until 9:00 PM on February 22nd, 2026 (the 6th day of Tet) . This promises to be an unmissable cultural destination in Ho Chi Minh City during the upcoming Lunar New Year.
