According to the list just approved by the City People's Committee, there are a total of 19 projects in groups A, B, C, spanning the fields of transportation, environment, culture, health and education .
Of these, 10 large-scale projects will be started, notably metro line 2 (Ben Thanh - Tham Luong section); Youth Cultural House project; environmental improvement projects on the North bank of Doi canal; Xuyen Tam canal and sections of Ring Road 2; technical opening of a part of Ring Road 3 and starting construction of Component 2 of Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai expressway...
These are large investment projects, expected to improve the environment and increase inter-regional traffic connectivity.

For group B projects, the City will have 7 projects starting and inaugurating, mainly in the fields of health and education such as: Emergency Center 115, Facility 2; Ho Chi Minh City Testing Center; upgrading Tran Van Giau High School; investing in equipment for Nguyen Trai Hospital and building a new Tropical Diseases Center (Block 4B) of Children's Hospital 1...
In addition, there are 2 group C projects being implemented, including the construction of Thanh Loc Park; the construction of Kenh Ngang Bridge No. 1 on Hoai Thanh Street, former District 8, now Phu Dinh Ward.
The series of projects that will be started and inaugurated soon are important projects, demonstrating Ho Chi Minh City's determination to speed up the progress of infrastructure projects and improve the living environment for people to realize the goals set in the Resolution of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
