Speaking at the Congress, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang emphasized that digital transformation and building a digital ecosystem are key tasks in the coming time. The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to promote the application of technology to modernize front work, innovate methods of gathering and grasping people's thoughts, thereby encouraging people to actively contribute their opinions.
“The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City needs to consider building a 24/7 online hotline to receive public opinions.
