Also that morning, Ms. Bui Thi Thu Ha's husband (residing at 247/14B Cau Dua Street - Phu Nong, Tay Nha Trang Ward) wore a life jacket and went out to help his neighbors. In the middle of the floodwaters, he picked up a handbag. When he opened it to check, the whole family was surprised by the value of the property inside. After the water receded, Ms. Bui Thi Thu Ha's family followed the address on the citizen identification card to her house to return all of her property to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha. "I think that anything that is not mine must be returned. In the flood, everyone has already lost and suffered damage, how can I bear to keep other people's property" - Ms. Bui Thi Thu Ha shared.

Receiving the handbag with all the gold, silver and papers, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha could not hide her emotions: "When I lost the bag, I just hoped that someone would find it and return the papers to me, and I would be very happy. Unexpectedly, Ms. Bui Thi Thu Ha's family returned the bag with all the property and papers intact. I did not expect that in such difficult circumstances, there would still be such kind people."
