Responding to the criminal complaint of Mr. Ngo Tien Dung

An Giang Province Newspaper and Radio - Television received a criminal complaint from Mr. Ngo Tien Dung (born in 1985, residing on Quang Trung Street, Rach Gia Ward, An Giang Province) denouncing the fraudulent appropriation of property of Mr. TVBN and Mr. TQD, related to Mr. N and Mr. D renting a barge from Mr. Dung to transport sand in Phu Quoc.

Mr. Dung accused Mr. N and Mr. D of illegally mining and trading sand and pumping and discharging waste directly into the sea, polluting the environment. The parties said that the accusations were related and requested that they be considered and resolved according to regulations.

After receiving Mr. Dung's petition, the Editorial Board of An Giang Newspaper and Radio - Television assigned reporters to verify and transfer the content of the complaint to the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Provincial Police.

The Office of the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police responded to Mr. Ngo Tien Dung's accusation that Mr. TVBN and Mr. TQD were civil disputes that were not under the jurisdiction of the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police; and instructed Mr. Ngo Tien Dung to contact the competent People's Court for settlement according to regulations.
