Accordingly, students are equipped with basic knowledge on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, regulations and policies for ethnic minority and mountainous areas; legal regulations related to solidarity between ethnic groups, community culture, beliefs, religions, and poverty reduction. At the same time, knowledge on the struggle and refuting of the distorted arguments of hostile forces that take advantage of ethnic and religious issues to sabotage the revolution in the current period is disseminated.

Through the training conference, the trainees were able to improve their capacity and promote their role as the core force in communication work, disseminating policies and laws in the locality, contributing to the effective implementation of the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the province and building the great national unity bloc in the new situation.
According to the plan, from September 17 to 24, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions will continue to organize training on this content in the eastern communes of the province including: Suoi Trai, Ea Ly, Ea Ba, Xuan Lanh and Phu Mo.
