From the funding support from units and enterprises, in this period, Hai Phong Social Insurance awarded 280 health insurance cards to women members in difficult circumstances in communes, wards and special zones of the city.
It is known that by November 2025, Hai Phong Social Insurance received a total amount of nearly 800 million VND, equivalent to more than 630 health insurance cards with a validity of 12 months, donated by agencies, units and individuals. This is not only a material sharing but also a spiritual encouragement, helping disadvantaged female members to reduce the burden of medical examination and treatment costs, overcome immediate difficulties, and gradually stabilize their lives.
The support of banks, businesses, philanthropists and social organizations is the driving force for the City Social Insurance to continue implementing the goal of universal health insurance, ensuring social security, "leaving no one behind".
