Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province; Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations; representatives of departments and branches; a large number of teachers and students in the province.

The 2025 Provincial Youth and Children's Innovation Contest was launched with 5 areas: Learning materials; computer software; environmentally friendly products; household appliances and children's toys; technical solutions to respond to climate change, protect the environment and develop the economy .

After a wide-ranging implementation process, the Organizing Committee received 103 products submitted to the provincial competition, selecting 102 products for scoring. With an objective, scientific spirit and close adherence to the criteria, the Jury unanimously awarded 34 prizes, including: 1 First Prize, 3 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes and 25 Encouragement Prizes. Among them, many products were carefully invested, highly applicable, demonstrating rich creative ideas, passion for learning and scientific research of the young generation.

At the same time, the Organizing Committee selected 11 outstanding products to participate in the 21st National Youth and Children's Creativity Contest in 2025. In which, the topic "Environmental protection garbage sweeper" by the group of authors from Song Lo High School, Binh Thuan Ward and "8 in 1 experimental set using solar energy" by the group of authors from Lang Can Secondary School, Lam Binh Commune have excellently won the National Encouragement Prize.
Regarding the results of the Technical Innovation Contest 2024-2025, the Organizing Committee received 13 products and projects in 5/6 fields: Information technology, electronics, telecommunications; mechanical automation, construction, transportation; materials, chemicals, energy; agriculture, forestry, fishery, resources and environment; education and training.

| The Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in organizing the contest. |
The Organizing Committee has organized the scoring of 12 products and projects. The jury unanimously awarded 1 First Prize; 2 Second Prizes; 3 Third Prizes; 4 Encouragement Prizes and selected 4 prizes to send 4 projects and products to the National Competition. There are products that clearly demonstrate technical breakthroughs and socio-economic efficiency, recognized by competent authorities as regional initiatives and directed to be applied in the entire regional system.
Immediately after the Award Ceremony, the Organizing Committee launched the 2026 Youth and Children's Creativity Competition for students of all ages in the province. At the same time, the Provincial Technical Creativity Competition 2026-2027 was launched, with participants being all Vietnamese individuals at home and abroad; foreign individuals working and living in Vietnam, regardless of age, background, ethnicity, or occupation, with effective technical works and solutions applied in the province from 2024 onwards. The deadline for receiving entries is July 30, 2026.
