Attending the meeting were members of the Central Committee of the Party and Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly : Nguyen Khac Dinh and Le Minh Hoan.
In 2025, the National Assembly's digital transformation efforts will continue to receive the direct and regular attention, leadership, and guidance of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and other National Assembly leaders; thereby clearly defining objectives, creating unity in understanding and action, and strongly promoting the effective and synchronized construction and implementation of a digital National Assembly.
Immediately after the Politburo issued Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, the Party Caucus of the National Assembly promptly issued a plan to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW; the National Assembly passed Resolution No. 193/2025/QH15 on piloting a number of special mechanisms and policies to create breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly has also established the National Assembly's Steering Committee for Digital Transformation and issued a Resolution on building and developing a digital National Assembly for the period 2024-2026.

Equipping National Assembly deputies and officials and staff of National Assembly agencies with digital skills helps them use technology effectively in performing their duties. In particular, promoting the application of technology, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation has helped the National Assembly improve the quality of its work in drafting laws and resolutions.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has directly chaired many thematic conferences on the digital National Assembly and the application of artificial intelligence in the National Assembly's activities; especially the thematic conference "Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly: A Framework of Digital Knowledge and Skills for a Modern National Assembly" with the participation of General Secretary To Lam.
General Secretary To Lam highly appreciated the results of digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence in the National Assembly's operations, commending the National Assembly as one of the pioneering agencies in digital transformation.
At the ceremony, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man presented Certificates of Commendation from the Standing Committee of the National Assembly to 3 collectives and 11 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the National Assembly's digital transformation work in 2025.

*Earlier, on the afternoon of January 14th, presiding over the National Assembly's digital transformation review conference, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh - Head of the National Assembly's Digital Transformation Steering Committee - requested the National Assembly Office to expedite the completion, official commissioning, and finalization of procedures for the systems and software that have been successfully tested.
The remaining software projects require expedited acceptance testing and payment procedures; priority should be given to systems that directly support legislative activities, oversight, and decision-making on important national issues, especially software for election work. For software already used effectively by the National Assembly and needed by localities, the deployment of shared software with localities should be accelerated.
In addition, the plan includes continuing to update and promulgate the National Assembly Digital Architecture 2.0; building a National Assembly digital data center synchronized with the digital data of the Party, Government, and other agencies, to be completed in the third quarter of 2026; developing and promulgating the National Assembly's Artificial Intelligence Application Strategy in coordination with Viettel Group; and supplementing the system for monitoring the implementation of laws and resolutions of the National Assembly, documents of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and directives of the Chairman and Vice-Chairmen of the National Assembly.
