Awarding the certificate of honor from the Minister of Education and Training to teacher Huynh Quang Van

On the afternoon of November 14, at Van Ninh commune, leaders of the Department of Education and Training visited and presented a certificate of honor from the Minister of Education and Training to teacher Huynh Quang Van - former lecturer at Hanoi Pedagogical University, former Head of the Department of Education and Training of Van Ninh district (old) who made many contributions to the cause of education development in the South during the period of fighting against the US to save the country from 1961 to 1975. Teacher Huynh Quang Van is one of 420 teachers nationwide to be awarded a certificate of honor on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day November 20.

Comrade Le Dinh Thuan - Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Education and Training awarded a certificate of honor to teacher Huynh Quang Van.

At the home of teacher Huynh Quang Van, the leaders of the Department of Education and Training kindly inquired about his health and life and expressed their deep gratitude for his contributions to the cause of educating people. The leaders of the Department hope that teacher Huynh Quang Van will continue to be a shining example of self-study and lifelong learning for his children and grandchildren to follow, contributing his intelligence and experience to the development of education in the province.
